I am currently a Lecturer in Pure Mathematics at the School of Mathematics, Statistics & Physics at Newcastle University in the UK. I am the module leader for Matrix Analysis, Number Systems and Accounting and Finance.

My previous academic role was as a Research Fellow at the Euler International Mathematical Institute in St Petersburg.

My ongoing research involves McMillan degrees of superoptimal analytic approximants and wedge products of normed spaces.

I received my Doctor of Philosophy from Newcastle University in the UK for my thesis dissertation "Superoptimal analytic approximation and exterior products". My thesis was supervised Dr Zinaida Lykova and my advisors were Prof Nicholas Young and Dr David Kimsey. I received a full-time scholarship from Newcastle University for my doctoral studies.
